It might be beneficial for anyone that might want to respond to know the size and scope for the types of projects on which you’re considering having responders work.

Hi Ryan.
My post is part speculative - I have worked on around 20 different Modx projects both large (2000 items plus) and small (10 page) sites with varying degrees of complexity and custom programming. Happy to provide urls via PM.
There are new CMS projects coming through often and I’m at the point where I could really use a second or indeed third pair of hands to take a project and run with it with little or no intervention from myself.
I use a combination of Basecamp and a lovely little app called Taskfreak to manage projects.
When outsourcing I typically pay using Paypal or MoneyBookers on 50/50 terms.
Cheers,
Al

I set up Taskfreak on a subdirectory of my site; I like it very much. Now if I can just get my partner to start using it! The only thing it really lacks is a time-tracking facility.
Just noticed that there is a
user-contributed time clock plugin!
More plugins
here.
Susan how complex you think it would be to port something like this time clock as modx plugin to run while we in the manager?
can be pretty hot if we had a way to see how much time it takes to develop a modx site.
the manager actions log records the time you log in and out so you may be able to retrieve this from there with some fancy mysql. You would need to log out whenever not working.
But there is more time spent on a modx outside the modx environment s well.
