This project involves creating an essay contest that will require users to log in or register, write a short essay and upload a photo. After submitting the essay, admin will view each essay and approve select essays. Then, the user that created essay will be sent an e-mail with a link to the essay. After all essays have been submitted and approved, users will be able to read and vote for their favorite essays. Users must log in or register to vote.
Essays should be able to be sorted by different fields (name, number of votes, etc). There should be a search feature included to search only the essays and not the rest of the site. Only one vote per user per essay each day.

you could achieve this by combining FDM, tvExplorer, Ditto, WebLoginPE and star rating.

It’s not a question of "how to do it", but more of a time thing. I could do this project myself, but time does not allow me to do so. That’s why I’m posting this project on the "Commercial Inquiries and Bounties" board. I am willing to pay someone else to do the project for me.
