Set this value ’date.timezone setting’ in your php.ini file and restart your server, this will fix the timezone across all sites served from it rather than setting it individually in each app.
Do this, restart your webserver.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
And
don’t do
;date.timezone = "America/New_York"
but do
date.timezone = "America/New_York"
Thanks mrhaw!! So just leaving off the ’;’ symbol at the beginning fixed the issue. WOW!! Thanks again. Up and running now. Now I get to find out how hard it is to learn this cms and start porting over my current website. I want to see how that does before I start my church site’s redesign.
If you activate your ht.access by renaming it to .htaccess
