I need some advance additions/changes to my MODx site.

We are a small company that needs some assistance.
* anticipated start time: now
* anticipated job duration: before Jan 1st, if possible
* budget constraints: need a quote
* payment terms: give me a proposal
* IP ownership constraints: most, if not all, back to community with limitation as not to copy site.
Items needed:
- Event calendar needed. I would like to change to a better functioning calendar vs the old calendar (on old site). This also needs to be integrated somehow to the home page.
- Videos. I need a way to display videos. The videos need to be in chronological order.
- Make the search functional.
- Integrate the Flash flip books. There are 4 per year. They need to be in order. Here is an example of one: http://www.hautter.com/noche-digital
- Articles - need to be in order by date.
- Blog
- Clean up the CSS a bit. Just a little annoying things here and there.
- If you can integrate Gallery 2 is a huge plus. I also would like to pull images from gallery (files/photos on server) to show on other pages.
No beginners please.
I am looking for some on that can continue working freelance on changes. But a one time job is acceptable.
