I have the possibility (it is only a possibility at the moment I must stress) of quite a large project involving the following:
Information portal for city visitors.
Plan your visit system - maybe involving Google API.
Mobile phone link ups - information text’d to users phone.
Advertising management - bound to involve some Flash somewhere along the line.
Forum.
Accessibility will be an issue.
These are just some of the features that come to mind.
This is a tentative enquiry just to see if anyone is interested in getting involved - I would imagine more than one other person getting involved in this. It will involve long term maintenance. It would be helpful if you were UK based (just so we’re not in different time zones). The way I would see this going is that I would hopefully collect a list of interested developers and maybe I could see some of what you’ve done?
I want this to be MODx based as I am a designer with a reasonably good understanding of this great CMF.
This should be a team effort with plenty of room for individual input-a really good opportunity to use your imagination.
I have not yet quoted for this project but I do have a good idea of budget and I have a firm foot in the door!
Thank you
