experienced modx developer wanted

I’m an experienced Drupal developer, and I’ve been hearing great stuff lately about modx. I’ve got several client projects that I think would be a great fit for modx. I’d like to find a good developer that can help me understand how to design for modx. Someone who can build these projects and teach me along the way. Ultimately, I’d like to find a partner that I can send designs to; this partner would install and customize the cms while I’m out drumming up more clients. Anybody interested?
