I am trying to verify my password, in my database how do I apply the MD5 function in my databse. I located the moodxmanager_users field and updated the password there but the updated password still does not work for log in?

You’re trying to manually change your password by editing the table? There’s probably easier ways, like the "Forgot password" link on the manager login
Anyway. In php you can simply use md5($password). Or google for "md5 hash generator" (like
http://www.miraclesalad.com/webtools/md5.php where you just enter your string, and get the md5 hash back).

If you’re using phpMyAdmin, when you open the record and edit the password field, there is a "function" select drop-down; select MD5.
