Help needed with 15 websites

We have 15 websites that need to be integrated with Modx. These are simple ’brochure-type’ websites that require the following:

Header
Menu
Content
Footer

There is only one content area, and the navigation for these websites vary from two level lists to drop downs.

Can you provide more detail about this project? Do you have HTML templates already completed, or do you need those designed and/or coded as well?
