Design & support work available

scope of work:
We need a designer willing to do initial site and graphic design for a Unitarian-Universalist church located in central Illinois. We’re looking for excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with MODx internals. We have several good programmers in-house, and we’re planning on implementing some web apps around MODx once the initial design is done. However, we are not always available on short notice, and we need someone willing to provide paid support on an as-needed basis after the initial design. Most of the support issues that will need immediate attention are likely to be permission problems and the like. Our internally-developed apps are not likely to be mission-critical (at least not right away), so support for our work is not absolutely necessary, but it is a huge plus. anticipated start time: First week of May
anticipated job duration: depends on how fast you are. My wild guess is 1-2 weeks.
budget constraints: < $4000 for initial design
payment terms: full payment on completion
IP ownership constraints: source code, style sheets, templates, etc. may all be donated back to the community. Some or all artwork may be - we can discuss the details.
