Smarty is no longer a subproject of the PHP project, and has subsequently moved to its own domain: www.smarty.net
please correct the link on http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/MODx+Revolution+Framework+Structure+Ideology
Although it gets redirected automatically.
