PrintDoc1.2 Instructions

I just installed PrintDoc 1.2 and - after some wrangling - managed to get it working. One of the issues I had was that the instructions display the snippet code encased in double brackets ’[[ ]]’ - namely, as being cached. However, I only got the snippet to work properly with the call being uncached - namely, encased in: [! !]. It might be helpful to update the documentation accordingly. If you do not post the snippet as uncached, once you click on the link to print a particular page, that same page will always display regardless of which page you are actually trying to print.
