Where do I look to find (and edit) "modx_manager_users"

I having trouble logging into my site manager.

Can anybody tell where I can locate the file "modx_manager_users" ?

It’s not a file, it’s a table in the database. You’ll need a database client, most hosting providers provide a link to phpMyAdmin in the domain control panel for accessing the database.
