Hi there,
this is more a suggestion than anything else. Why not develop a print.css style sheet for the documentation? That way all the navigation and non-essential text could be excluded. Also the text can properly typeset with ’print fonts’. The pages will then be paginated and in some cases come out on one page.

(actually, just finished; still need to check to make sure all documentation pages are using that template)
