[completed] Documentation Corrections

Ran into this the other day, if I run into any others I’ll send them on through:

getDocumentChildren($id=-1, $active=1, $deleted=0 , $fields=’id, pagetitle, description, alias, parent’)

requires boolean "deleted" flag after active flag, and before field list.
