Customizable increment

Hi everybody,

here´s my 2 Cents for the Evo wishlist: A customizable increment for the menuindex. It would be quite handy uf the menuindex would increment by 5, 10 or even 100 in some cases, so that I could insert more documents later without having to alter all other menuindexes within a folder.

Best regards!
Marcus
