So what your saying I am going to have work completely in modx and through both my web 3.0 design and very clean running java to the way side and use there editor? I dont understand why they wont just let you port your existing site into this thing.
You can of course mix existing php and html-sites together with MODX.
But you will not have the benefits of the CMS for this pages, which are outside of MODX.
