keyboard shortcut for saving document

Maybe this exceeds the abilities of javascript, or at least of reliable cross-browser javascript... but,

It would knock my socks off if there was a keyboard shortcut for saving the resource (or element) you are currently editing. I’m sure I’m not alone in having a document open in one tab/window, editing it iteratively and tabbing over to preview the changes in another tab. I’m always wanting to use Ctrl+S to save, and then remembering I have to mouse up to the ’save’ button and click on it. Obviously Ctrl+S is already in use by most browsers to save the current web page... but maybe some other shortcut could be used?

Try ALT+CTRL+S (Revo only).
