Hi, I’m thinking of using MODx to control my global navigation, design, and static pages. I want to use Wordpress to create posts but display those posts (and corresponding subnavigation driven by the Wordpress database) inside a MODx template.
I don’t need to integrate the admin panels of MODx and Wordpress. Furthermore, Wordpress will be installed in a directory separate from MODx and blog content will be served through the url http://mydomain/blog/.
How do I tell a MODx Resource page to "let go and let Wordpress" (yes, that’s as cheesey as a lounge singer in Vegas) as far as page body content and subnavigation but let MODx retain control of the containing template design and global navigation?
