    Hi people,

    I’ve got 2 feature-requests:

    - I often use Image-TV’s for certain sections of a page. I’d like to be able to define the width and height, and should an image have the wrong aspect-ratio the ability to slice the image (a lot of hosted CMS solutions such as Cushy have this option).

    - Linking to stylesheets now happens in the HTML in templates, but as a site grows more and more page-specific stylesheets, I think it’d be interesting to convert Stylesheets to Elements, so that on template (or page) level you’d be able to assign stylesheets, then have the engine contract them to a single stylesheet. This would help reduce server-request and therefore site-performance smiley. Also by having the engine add ?Unix-time to the stylesheet for the last modification, it would allow for better caching.

You could also use resources for the stylesheets.

I understand, but when you need 4 stylesheets for 1 page, you’d still end up with 4 link elements in your head, which is quite unnecessary. Maybe have a look at how CMS Made Simple does this...

You could try the php thumb package. It will resize the the image to the size you need.

Here I would use the Minify solution
