I’d like to see a functionality in upcoming days i.e. whenever anyone post comments/suggestion on any thread, a email must be send out to all the person following that thread.
In present, it is very though to track the replies on my thread/s until some one notice the link on the top "Show new replies to your post"

I’ll presume you are talking about MODx forum? Have you tried the Notify -button (top right on every thread)?
ok, frankly i did not see it. Does it work the same, if yes then it is great...
So here comes the usability, may be the design is not pass the usability test... or the position of that link is not appropriated
