Custom TV types

Want get custom TV types, as editors, so there will few more events in system such as: OnRichTextEditorInit, OnRichTextEditorRegister but for TV, so we will get ability to create new TV types via our plugins.

Custom TV types should be doable. We need to make sure that the migration path from Evo to Revo is addressed and planned prior to implementing things.

Please file additional details in JIRA as two separate requests: one for the events and one for the custom TV types.

As an aside, we’ve been able to create a Google Map TV using a plugin with the current release.
