Wow, I just concluded updating about a dozen sites from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, and here we are with another minor update?
To be honest, I’m upset at the timing between these two updates. Upgrading all of my sites to 1.0.3 was painstaking, as some things inadvertently did not work the same after the upgrade and I had to patch things up. And so, here we go again.
For the record, though, I am glad that the MODx devs are staying on top of security patches by releasing updates as they are needed. Keep up the great work, and thanks for tolerating my little tantrum.

Expect to see more frequent updates in the future actually, a 2+ month cycle isn’t too short IMO. That said, the upgrade from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 should be straightforward.

Will an upgrade overwrite TinyMCE, mm_demo_rules and other stuff?
TinyMCE was updated to Version 3.3.5.1 (2010-05-07). Review the changelog.txt file in the assets/plugins/tinymce folder. 1.03 was at Version 3.3.2 (2010-03-25)
ManagerManager appears unchanged. As to the managermanager demo rules, why would you not create a version for your site (different include) or as a chunk?

Thanks for your tireless effort squashing bugs on Evo and building the future with Revo. You all rock. Take a bow!
