Native support for MySQL 5

    It would be nice to have a pulldown list to select the version of SQL that I am running on my webserver.

      What would this accomplish maingeek? MODx runs on pretty much any version of MySQL from the past few years.

        Hmm, for some reason it will not connect to my MySQL5 server. It is running on localhost as is my MySQL4. I have even tried enabling remote connection for my user and logging in to it via that, however, it will still not connect to version 5.

        However, if you said that it works, then it must work...
