But we can add simple method. Look:
[*TV*] TV value of current document
[*21.TV*] TV value of the document with ID=21
[*pagetitle*] pagetitle
[*23.pagetitle*] pagetitle of the page with ID=23
as for me, i think better create modificator for PHx
