Sign for deactivated plugins and unused TVs

    Would be nice to have a sign in resources overview to identifiy unused TVs or deactivated plugins. In development period I try various plugins/TVs or check different versions of that. A sign to identify unused elements would be helpful. (also for snippets installed by default but unused).

          Well the deactivated plugins bit is... i don’t think the TVs are handled fully yet, but you might check out the tvExplorer module.
