Has anyone looked at the new release of SPAW editor?

I’m not sure how it compares with TinyMCE, but it has a nice feature - tabbed multiple documents within the same editor window.
I could see this would work very well in ModX for working with multiple rich text TVs. At the moment, if I have three rich text TVs in a document, there are three copies of the editor which isn’t very user friendly and can be quite slow (because it has to do all the javascript stuff 3 times).
How easy would it be to trial this in ModX? Are there any docs on doing it?

This looks interesting. The tabbed editor could also be a great tool for multilanguage sites. Just have a tab for each active language!
Haven’t looked at the motor yet so I have no idea how easy or difficult it would be to write a modx plugin.
I jacked this into etomite once (older version of spaw) and that was not that hard. but this would need to be a pluin instead of a core hack and that is not (yet) my thing.
But it would indeed be nice for multie langual sites
