    Hello

I don’t know if the right place is the wishlist or something else ...
Although I think MODx is very verastile and powefull ... I still have some problem using it’s template scheme.

When my site grows, I do multiplies my TV for each parts so documents are structured and editors work is easyer.
But for having very numerous TV acting, I have to multiplie my template into numerous version (only for having one TV in one catgory of doc without having "noise" where those TV are inaccurate.

The day I will have to change the whole design of the site ... I will have to do the same modification in 10th of template undecided

My premary request would be asking for a master template... (I think I’ve allready suggested this)
something saying that my site is 1 / 2 / 3 column with/without a header box and the same with the footer ...
I could event say that I allways want the menu in the left box and content at the center

then I would have sub template where I could put (for instance) an "about me" box, one loging box etc ... all that in the box at the right.
I would have another sub template where the right column will have no login box ...

Then If I have to build a 4th column (or second head line ) for displaying an add, I will not cry ... i only will have to add that box into the master template and to fill it

This week-end I’ve modifyed 6 templates for modifying one RSS link sad I may have forcast that thing, putting the RSS into the meta part ... As I don’t have any crystal ball ... I can’t forcast anything

But it is not all ... Theire is something to find for those TV shocked
I can have a single template with a single content that will be filled with [*TV1*][*TV2*] ... and reactor only fill TV’s ...
It is possible to do so from the front office (I’ve made it last week)... but some times I would rather redactors go thrue the manager...

So ... I don’t know how to do ... but instead of having one template that display TV’s, I’d rather have something like I do put TV calls in the context richtext / in one tab (like keyword or preview)
