Request: Put all the following on one of the manager pages so we can easily cut/paste, and more importantly easily know this information without asking our server admin or looking for the http headers.

When making support requests, please make sure to provide information about your web server and your client machine:

    Web Server:
    ----------------
    PHP version
    MySQL version
    Operating System and version

    Browser/Client:
    -----------------
    Browser name and version
    Operating System and version

This will go a long way towards being able to quickly resolve or duplicate and bugs as applicable, and should result in a better overall support experience.

    Thanks!

Go to your manager and pull up the Adminstration > View System Info. Then click the phpInfo() link. Done.

That won’t give you the MySQL version, only the version of the PHP client.

Actually, this wishlist item is a really good idea, particularly if you look at:

It would be very cool if there was a box on the View System Info page that contained this info (and MODx version) formatted in bbcode so people could easily and consistently copy/paste such info into a support request here on the forum. And possibly another box formatted for the bugtracker. (It would also be nice if this was available as a module for previous MODx versions, I suppose).
