Kindly refer to www.wtf.modxcms.com, I’m sure there is enough chocolate about 9.7 to have fun with.

Try it without the "www."

Wendy’s "Hack" to allow you to run multiple domains or sub-domains in subdirectories of a single MODx base!
There are endless applications for this "family of websites" concept, and it’s particularly useful for creating mass communication in virtual communities from a single list of users!
If I could beg, I would! I’ve been looking for that solution within a CMS framework for nearly three years!

It’s possible with the upcoming MODx-Next, 0.9.7 version. You can try out the
alpha already.

What is the status of thi project?
Can i be any help to devellop this feature?
I think that nothing has been started.. this thread has got out of hands long time ago.. some have posted wanted features for forum add-on, but lot’s have posted just wanted features for MODx in general..
In any case, I haven’t seen talk about forum add-on, so I would think that you can start from scratch.. There is though one add-on being developed for Revolution that could possibly provide forum features, but I don’t know the current status of that add-on or how actively it’s being developed. It’s the successor of Jot.
