I think plugin’s .txt file is encoded with something ?
I like the approach used in it, very easy.

For reference Texpattern plugins are
Base64 encoded
There are several online tools you can use to decode them, including
this one
:)
I don’t think porting zem’s plugin is the easiest way to go, Ryan’s form is nice and you could submit a patch or whatever to modify it...

Porting Zem’s plugin should be pretty straightforward based on the code example above. As would adding a cc: field to the current form. Just a matter of available cycles! :/
