A way to set a target in the weblink option

It works nice as a work around but gets you in a loop if you select that page in the document tree in the manager.
It opens that link over and over until I select another page.
but my client is happy and that is the main thing

FYI, I just tested a modification Susan made to allow setting attributes as part of the regular page data. "All" it consists of is an extra row in the site_content table (link_attributes), and inserting an extra varchar(255) text input after the alias when editing the content. It works incredibly well, and the link attribute just becomes part of the document object.
