How long does it normally take to be listed?

I then tried your online form but got "Service Temporarily Unavailable - The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later." at https://service.javelincrm.com/service/newlead

Normally this kind of scenario only happens when I ask the client for money
