I looked around within this forum and the MCE forum, but haven’t found what I (think) I’m looking for.
Lets say I have a custom class loaded called "Red Bold". I select some text and apply that class from the styles drop down.
After looking at the result I get, I realize I selected the wrong text and need to set the style back to "nothing" - in essence removing the "Red Bold" class that was assigned. Or, in this case remove the span tags that the editor places.
I have selected the text and chose "Styles" from the list, but that does nothing.

I swear, this happens to me all the time. Just a soon as I decide to finally go ask for help -- and then resume my search for answers. I find what I am looking for. AARRG.
