We have been let down by a MODX developer

Gentelmen who developed our site doesn’t answer the phones or respond to our emails.
My homepage is not loading on Firefox, it just jumps to products page. But, it is working fine on IE.

Find it in the Templates section.
Log in from hxxp://www.gkd.uk.com/manager/
Do you have admin access?

If you don’t, access it through phpmyadmin (MODx stores templates inside MySQL), search for ..._site_templates
Change the code directly from there.

I have been banging my head all over before.Finally it’s gone, thanks agian for sorting it out.

anyway, the problem was not because of the code, but where it was put.
you could not have anything above <!DOCTYPE...
the code was for google analytics, which you could place it at the most bottom of the page.
