We’re trying to access a file that was previously accessed -- and is currently locked -- by a person who’s no longer a listed user in the MODx system.
The error message reads: "<____> is currently editing this chunk. Please wait until the other user has finished and try again."
Does anyone know how to unlock the chunk?
