What happened to the issue tracker?

Hi,

for quite some hours now I get the error message

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /jira/login.jsp.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

when trying to navigate to the JIRA issue tracker. Is this a known problem? Did I submit too many bug reports?

Sorry, our Atlassian stack has been grumpy this morning. Java is bipolar, in my opinon.

It happened again, as it seems...

Should I wait until the issue tracker has digested its breakfast before importuning it?
