I have installed the rev 6066 version for a site I am working on, loading the content of the documents via ajax.
I have previously worked with 0.9.6.3 (rev 4565, doing the same thing, without any problems, but in this version, something odd happens.
As I did with the previous version of ModX, in this new one, I have added some javascript code, let’s say just an alert, to a document that it’s been loaded with ajax through the menu item. When inspecting the source of the document (with Firebug) in my newest ModX version, the javascript tags do not show up.
In my initial attempt, I was trying to make a call, within the ajax-loaded document, to a jQuery plugin (jdialog), that neither gave me javascript errors, nor the javascript tags showed up in the inspected source.
I wonder if there’s a setting in the new version of ModX that prevents javascript code from being executed, or stripped down, when the pages are being loaded via ajax.
If anyone can guide me in the right direction before I downgrade to version 0.9.6.3 would be greatly appreciated!!
