This is a small annoyance, but when you go to download evo 1.02 you are asked to donate to modx. I believe in the project big time and was excited to donate. After I finished the paypal process, paypal redirected to a thank you page and then when I clicked the download link on that page I got asked to donate again and was hit with the colorbox frame asking for a donation. It is easy to code the paypal page to redirect to the download page. It made me feel like my donation wasn’t appreciated when I got asked for money again. Again it was a small annoyance.

Yep I experienced the same after a recent donation. I wasn’t sure the transaction even happened. I correct landing page should have been displayed for sure. Maybe even an email confirmation would have worked as well.
Checked paypal and the crew got the money so hope it helped.
Thanks for the suggestion. It’s one of the many things that’s further down the list than fixing all the issues with MODx Revolution.
Could you file that via the Jira link at the top of this page (if it’s not already there) so it won’t fall through the cracks?
Thanks!
