Well you have a few issues with the above link the first and foremost is you just have the menu on that page with no template.
You need to have a template for the page to address validation and parsing issues, then you need to include the related CSS to make the dropdown function properly.
It’s not a simple case of giving someone the login to fix this as there is more involved than just changing a few settings here.
