New to MODx..how much should I pay for custom work?

Hello there, I am new to MODx, so, learning its basics from the tutorials on web as well as its basic documentation on wiki. However, I usually lack time to complete my web projects. I find MODx to be more flexible than any other CMS, so, thought of using it even when I am not fully aware of its complexities.

What should I pay on an average to a MODx designer or developer for doing little customization to my template/site? I am only looking for a search box, and blog integration here.

Hi rthrash, thanks for the heads up! yeah, I got successful in hiring coders and designers here, and hope I will be able to make my MODx team as I need to port and redesign my Joomla sites to MODx.

This community has surely helped me a lot for three of my projects. I have more sites to be ported to MODx as well get them customized, so, guess for October, I am sure that I will get my work done flawlessly. Then, with time I can learn to update my sites too.

The more I know MODx, the more I like it.

The only limit here is the "inbox" capacity..I need to clean it frequently, else I will miss something good.
