    It seems that the Submit new package form is broken.

    Trying to submit a new snippet > all fields filled satisfactorily and upon submit fails silently on http://modxcms.com/extras/submit-package.html [blank page]

    ---

    Another bug I noted. If I click on the Submit a new extra link on /extras/ without first signing into Jira I can see this error:

    2009-06-23 15:51:34] (ERROR @ /index.php)

    [ReleaseMe] User tried to access unauthorized submit page: Array
    (
    [id] =>
    [username] => (anonymous)
    [password] =>
    [cachepwd] =>
    [class_key] => modUser

    And template falls apart.

      We’ve been trying to track down this bug for ages. A few questions:

      1. Did you sign up for JIRA right before submitting the extra?
      2. Were you logged into JIRA when you clicked the submit an extra link?
      3. What is your JIRA username?
      4. If you logout, then log back in, does the problem persist?

        1. Yep
        2. Not at first and when I tried to register on the submit page - I saw the noted errors. Subsequently signed up successfully on /extras/. Error only happens when clicking to /extra/submit-package.html in un-logged state
        3. lokust
        4. Yes - just tried > fails silently again.

          Can you give me some more information about what you’re submitting?

          1. Package Name/version
          2. What type of file (transport, .txt, .zip, etc)
          3. For Revo/Evo
          4. Any screenshots?

          Plus, also, can you try again? Your user records look fine to me.

            Hi.

            1. DittoFormat / 1.0
            2. .txt
            3. Evo
            4. Nope

            Just to confirm - just re-submitted and it appears to have worked.

            Your package version has been submitted. A system administrator will look over it shortly. Please keep this package ID number for your records: 555-904

            Thanks.
