Upload a site on another server

Sorry for my poor english, I’m a french people.
I have some setting problem when i change the server modx.
My modx is in french, The picture that follows shows my problem :

I don’t know to change the path ressource, it’s referenced by the old server.
Can you help to solve this problem please?
