[MODx forum] 2 suggestions : a "Show all my posts" link + search by sub-forum

Hi,

There are two links in the "Welcome back" area of the forum :
- Show unread posts since last visit,
- Show new replies to your posts.

I would find very useful if there was a third link :
- Show all my posts.

Sometimes, I find an answer to my own questions and I want to post the solution, but it is not easy to find the thread again if it is a bit old.

I would also find very useful if it was possible to target searches to one forum or one community (for instance the French one).

Not very obvious but you can use advanced search to search in sub-forums etc...

use SMF’s search function (on menu), not the google one...click advanced search, then click the +Choose a board to search in, or search all....click forums/sub-forums to search in...even by user name you can search...

As for posts...you can find those under your profile...again, not so obvious... but I agree, if it’s possible to have those links, that will be much clearer...

For those who cannot find the "SEARCH" link, it is located in the small "white on black" menu of MODx forum.

As kongodo mentionned you see one of your messages you can also click on your pseudo to access your profile and your posts.

So, not obvious, but possible!
