    Hi list,

when I login to the JIRA so I’m logout from CRUCIBLE and vice versa. I mean this behavior isn’t comfortable. Can you change that ? When I login in the JIRA or CRUCIBLE that I should’t be logout from any sytem.
I hope that this will not be a problem.

    Thanks.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean; I don’t experience any "uncomfortable" behavior when working with these systems, especially not automatic logging out from one system when I login to another. The application sessions are all tied to the same Crowd user account.

Anyway, since each system has it’s own authentication/authorization system that is tied to your Crowd user account, perhaps there are some Atlassian bugs that need to be addressed (Fisheye/Crucible were just recently integrated into the Atlassian product line after they bought Cenqua, so it’s very possible there are problems with the SSO integration), but again, I haven’t experienced these. What browser are you using? Anyone else experience this? I have some upgrades for Fisheye/Crucible that need to be applied; perhaps this will fix whatever you are experiencing, but if not, we’ll look into it in more depth and follow up with Atlassian support if necessary.

There are not any fine-grained options in these applications to change such settings, but the applications in the Atlassian stack that can be set to SSO are, so they should be reflecting whatever you are doing with your Crowd account. In other words, if you do logout of your user account in JIRA, it would seem natural that it would end your account session with all the applications the account is tied to.

But yesterday not. I show order which yesterday didn’t work. My browser is Opera 9.51.

I loggged in in the CRUCIBLE at this site http://svn.modxcms.com/crucible/cru then logged into the JIRA at http://svn.modxcms.com/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa
and when I refreshed website in the CRUCIBLE I was redirected back to the login screen, thus I logged into the CRUCIBLE and tried refresh in the JIRA and I was reditected to the login screen as well, I don’t know now if this behavior worked vice versa.

But as I write above, today is everithing all right. I don’t understand why today it works fine and yesterday not.

          .. Anyone else experience this?

I pretty much have a consistent issue with Crucible - it always asks me to log in, whether I’ve been in FishEye or Jira during the current session or not. Once it logged me out in the middle of posting; that was about a month ago and hasn’t happened again.
Auth in Fisheye, Jira and Confluence are rock solid.

Yeah, the SSO with Fisheye/Crucible is a little shaky still I believe; it should improve as the Atlassian and Cenqua development teams start sharing more now that they have become one under Atlassian. At least it is using the same account... tongue
