Does ASP in this context refer to Active Server Pages, or Application Service Provider? If the former, I’ll reiterate garryn’s answer, ABSOLUTELY NOT! For the latter, then not currently, but there will be some announcements sometime this spring regarding MODx hosting with managed MODx deployments, ASP-style.

If someone finish the new ModX shop, i´ve got a big corporate site to display.
It´s currently done in Joomla, but as im converting to ModX now, it would be a nice starting project.

I think that it would be beneficial to have a list of who uses it as well as a showcase page where people can come and place a link to their sites built by MODx... ZenCart has it and it is a good way to show off what can be done with the software and to share ideas... and publicity...

Anyway, back on the real issue. Entering the ECM segment will require two things for MODx :

                  1) Key features for ECM

You most definitely won’t qualify if you don’t have those :

                  • multi-language and internationalisation capabilities
                  • multi-site capabilities
                  • revisionning

I appreciate it may be to early to ask this, but will these features be making an appearance in the 0.9.7 release?

Although I’m mindful of a really good comment made in another thread about not putting off development until "the next latest and greatest" version comes along, the database enhancements that i’m led to believe will come with 0.9.7 have put me off continuing development until then. The features quoted above are essential to another large scale project that may be in the works.

I know roadmaps are hard in the open source world, but any tips appreciated.

                  Cheers

                  Steve

I think that those capabilities will be in 1.0..
