Subscribe to single forum thread (RSS)

I know that I can subscribe via RSS to this forum, but is there a way to subscribe to a single thread?

You can use subscribe to "Notify" (email notifications of the replies), but unfortunately SMF does not support thread level RSS right now.

I do not remember at all how I did that and was unable to renew it but in safari I’ve got 3 different feeds
for instance this one: (modules, snippets usage)
feed://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?sa=recent;type=rss2;action=.xml&limit=10;board=5

Edit : you can suscribe to forum feeds from the main forum page
I thougt we were talking about forum feed, sorry for the misunderstanding
