I’m developing a modx website on my Mac in a MAMP environment, and I opened up port 80, so others in my studio could review the site. A couple days ago, a co-worker was able to view the site on her machine using my machine’s IP address...navigation appeared fine, etc.
Now, the landing page renders fine, but two things then happen.
1) the next page loads sans styling
2) all the links begin with ’localhost...’ instead of the IP address.
I’m guessing that the browser is also looking for the css file at localhost…something or other, but if that’s the case, why does the landing page appear normal? Any ideas on what could be happening? I am completely stumped
Figured it out. Making the container for the site’s home page a weblink broke it. When I changed it back to a webpage, things worked fine.
