Well I put Murphy’s law to the test - I removed my Iphone’s rubberized cover a few weeks ago, and not more than a couple days thereafter stumbled and dropped the phone. The glass touchscreen cracked like a busted windshield.
So I bought a DIY repair kit for $12 off the internet and tried to repair it on my own.
After about an hour, the phone is reassembled with a shiny new glass screen. Not counting the fact that I cracked the LCD in the process (and lost a screw), I’d say I did a pretty good job.
