A while back I spotted this ad on the local Craigslist "Creative Gigs" classified board. I can’t remember the exact wording but it went something like this:
"Web Developer for paid video site wanted:
Need developer to build custom site using CMS that will allow me upload videos and pictures that customers will be charged for. Need backend system to handle credit card charges. Need this system built on the spot - should not take more than two hours. We can meet in coffee shop. I need the site to work in Dreamweaver so I can manage site on my own.
Price: $50..."
I see these kinds of posts all the time! Where do these idiots come from???

they come from Cheapland...
we have to aknowledge that there are some designers/developer
in some countries that charge dirt cheap and only cheapen the
value of the work... but your example is an extreme. We recently
had something similar in this forum for somebody wanting a relatively
large site for $200...
