Which is official name ("MODx" and "modx") ?

"MODx" is used conventionally, but "modx" seems to be used by these days.
Which will be an official name (brand name) ?
If development team use "MODx" and "modx" properly, please teach the rule (how to use).
For example, official name is "MODx", and "modx" limited logo or file name ?

That’s correct. It’s MODx in written text and modx in the logo, filenames, and most code.
